Ghanyam Ji Industry

Our place is over in Bawana Industrial Area, specifically at Sec-5, N-144. If you know Bawana, you know it’s crowded and always moving. Ghanyam Ji Industry is right in the middle of all that noise. We’ve got a basic setup here. It’s mostly just us working through the piles of orders. The floor is concrete and usually covered in scraps or tools. It’s not the kind of place you come for a tour, it’s just a factory. We spend our mornings getting the machines warmed up and making sure the raw materials are ready. Sometimes the trucks get stuck in the narrow lanes outside, which is always a headache for everyone. We don't have many meetings or fancy titles. Someone says what needs doing and we do it. It’s hot in the shed during June, but we keep the fans going. Lunch is usually brought from home in steel boxes and eaten quickly so we can get back to the tasks. We’ve had the same neighbors for a long time, so we all help each other out when a machine breaks or a heavy load needs moving. It’s honest work. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just trying to stay busy and keep the quality decent enough that people come back. It's just a regular day-to-day operation for us. We just focus on getting the shipments ready for the morning pickup and then we do it again.
