Gaursons India Ltd is right in the heart of New Delhi at 305, Arunachal building. That’s at 19 Barakhamba Road in Connaught Place. Being in CP means we are in one of the most famous parts of the city. The Arunachal building is one of those older high-rises that has a lot of character. Our office is on the third floor. It’s a busy building with people constantly coming and going from the elevators. We have a decent amount of space, but it’s mostly taken up by old desks and cabinets full of records. We don't have any of that modern open-plan furniture. Everything we have is heavy and built to last. The windows look out towards the other buildings in CP, and you can always see the traffic crawling along Barakhamba Road. Commuting here is a bit of a task, whether you take the metro or try to drive. We usually start the day early to beat the worst of the crowds. Inside the office, the atmosphere is pretty focused. We aren't big on small talk or long lunches. We just get through the tasks for the day and try to keep things moving. It’s a very traditional way of working. There are no fancy perks here, just a solid place to come and do a day's labor in the middle of the capital.
