There are always trucks moving on the road outside, so it gets quite dusty. Our office is a bit of a trek from the main town, but it puts us right where the action is. The building is simple, just concrete and paint. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, some metal cupboards, and a lot of maps on the walls. We don't have a cleaning crew coming in every hour, so there’s usually a bit of dirt on the floor from the workers' boots. It’s a practical environment. We drink a lot of water because it gets dry out here near the refinery. Everyone knows Lokinder, and he’s usually around making sure things are moving along. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a stove to boil tea. It’s a hard-working atmosphere where we don't care much for formalities. If you need something, you just shout across the room. We focus on the industrial jobs and keep the paperwork as tidy as we can in such a busy spot. The noise of the machinery in the distance is just part of our daily background.
