Gannon Dunkerley & Co.Ltd.

We’re located in Okhla, at 12-B Shyamnagar, right near the G.B. Pant Polytechnique College. This is our Gannon Dunkerley & Co.Ltd. office in the Banarsidas Chandiwala Estate area. It’s a busy part of New Delhi, as you can imagine. We share the space and keep things moving as best we can. The address is a bit long, but once you find the college, we’re right there in the Ase-3 section. We handle a lot of the coordination for our bigger projects from this hub. It’s a noisy, active environment with lots of traffic outside. Inside, it’s mostly just us trying to keep the paperwork straight and the phone lines open. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a lot of polished furniture. It’s a working office through and through. We’ve got computers, printers that sometimes jam, and a lot of blue folders. Our team is used to the fast pace of the city. We don't really do the corporate "mission" talk or anything like that. We just focus on meeting the project deadlines and making sure the sites have what they need. The heat in Delhi during the summer is no joke, but we keep the coolers running to stay productive. It’s a practical setup for a practical company. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and we’ve seen the area grow and change around us. We just keep doing our bit, day in and day out, without making a big fuss.
