We are located over in B-85, Defence Colony. It’s a quiet enough spot but easy to find if you know the area. We mostly deal with things for the bathroom, like taps, shower heads, and those kinds of fixtures. The shop has several displays set up so you can see how things look, though it’s not a massive showroom like the ones you see in the malls. We just have what works. People around here usually drop by when they are renovating a bathroom or if a pipe starts leaking and they need a replacement part. We have been here for a good bit of time now. The staff here knows where every single bolt and washer is kept, even if the shelves look a bit full. It’s a family-run sort of feeling. We don't spend money on fancy catalogs. Instead, we just show people what we have on the floor. If you need something specific that we don't have, we can usually call around and find it for you. It’s practical work. We spend a lot of time talking to plumbers who come in to pick up supplies for their jobs. The lighting in the back is a bit dim, but we can always bring things out to the front to show you the finish in the daylight. We just stay focused on getting people the parts they need without making it a big production. It is just a local shop doing its thing.
