Our place is located at No. 9/686 on Subhash Road, specifically in Kishan Dutt Gali No. 0. Being in Gandhi Nagar means there is always noise from the street, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We spend most of our hours inside this shop, sorting through things and keeping the inventory moving. It’s not a very large area, so things can get a bit tight when a new delivery arrives. We mostly just focus on getting orders sorted and making sure the counts are right. It’s hard work, and sometimes the dust gets to you, but it’s what we do. The Gali itself is narrow, which makes unloading a bit of a challenge every single time. Still, we manage. We aren’t interested in making things look more impressive than they are. It’s just a workspace with some desks and a lot of shelves. Most people who come here are regulars who know exactly where to find us. We don’t spend much time on the computer or doing fancy paperwork; it’s mostly just hands-on stuff. If the lights are on, we are probably in the back moving boxes or checking some lists. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living, and we’ve been doing it this way for as long as I can remember. We don't have any staff in uniforms or anything like that, just us in our work clothes getting the job done without any delays.
