You can find us over at 1 X/1217 on the Main Pusta Road in Gandhi Nagar. This part of the city is always moving, especially with all the garment work happening everywhere you look. Our place is right on the main stretch, so we see all the trucks and rickshaws going by all day long. It gets quite loud with the horns and the people shouting. We focus on fashion items, mostly garments that are ready to go out to other shops. The workspace is a bit cramped because we have so many boxes stacked up to the ceiling. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls. It is just bare bricks and some shelves. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to transporters and making sure things are moving the way they should. The dust from the road comes in sometimes, so we are always dusting off the counters. It is a lot of hard work and not very glamorous. We don't have a lunchroom, so we usually just eat our tiffins at the main desk while we work. The area can be a bit overwhelming if you aren't used to the pace of Gandhi Nagar. We have been here long enough that we don't even notice the chaos anymore. It is just where we do our business. We stay open late most nights to finish up the paperwork and get things ready for the morning deliveries.
