In Ferozepur Cantt, you can find Gammon India at 146(P) Sant Lal Road. Sahil Jain is one of the main people here. Punjab has a very specific feel to it, and our office reflects that. It is a sturdy place, built to last, just like the work we do. We are not in a fancy business park; we are right there on Sant Lal Road where all the action is. The office is often a bit cluttered with papers and maps, but we know where everything is. We do not use a lot of fancy software to talk to each other; we just shout across the hall. It is a very direct way of working. Most of the staff here are from around the Ferozepur area. We understand the local conditions and the way people like to do business. It is a practical setup with no room for anything unnecessary. We do not have a mission statement on the wall; we just have a calendar and a clock. Sometimes the winters get very cold, so we bundle up and keep the heaters going. In the summer, it is the opposite. We just get through the day and make sure the projects are on track. People know us as the local Gammon team, and we are fine with that. It is a plain, no-nonsense environment where we focus on the engineering and the logistics. It might not look like much from the outside, but we get the job done every single day.
