Gammon India Ltd.

We’re tucked away at number 765 in Sunlight Colony, near Ashram. It’s a busy part of town, and the traffic outside can be a real headache, especially during peak hours, but we’re used to it. The Gammon India office here is where we manage a lot of the day-to-day grind. It’s not a huge place, just a few rooms filled with desks and a lot of folders. We don’t have a receptionist or any fancy lobby; you just walk in and someone will be there at a desk working on something. The lighting isn't the best, but we've got enough lamps to see what we're doing. Most of the work involves coordination and checking on various project details. We have a small pantry where someone usually has some biscuits or snacks hidden away. It’s a very informal place. We talk a lot about the weather and the latest road closures in the city. It feels more like a small family business than a big construction giant. We’ve seen a lot of people come and go over the years, but the core group stays the same. We just keep our heads down and do the work that’s assigned to us. It’s a bit messy sometimes, with papers everywhere and printers that act up, but we know where everything is. We don't try to be something we aren't; we just show up and do our best to keep things moving along.
