This office is located in South Pandav Nagar, over at S-20, care of Harcharan Singh. It’s a typical Delhi neighborhood where everything is a bit cramped but full of life. The office itself is tucked away and might be a little hard to find if you aren't looking for the house number. We’ve been using this space to manage our Delhi operations for some time. It’s a mix of residential and small businesses around us, so there is always noise from the street—scooters, vendors, and people talking. Inside, it’s a bit of a maze with all the files and equipment we have to store. We focus a lot on the technical planning and the local permits required for our construction projects. Thivakar and the rest of the guys are usually busy with phone calls or meetings with subcontractors. We don’t have much space for anything extra, so every corner is used for something. The tea man comes by twice a day, which is the highlight of the afternoon. It’s not a polished corporate environment, but it’s where the real work of figuring out the engineering problems happens. We deal with the heat in the summer and the fog in the winter, just like everyone else in the city. It’s a tight-knit group here, and we just focus on getting the job done without much fuss. We’ve been in this building for several years now. We keep things moving every single day.
