Gammon India Limited

Our office is over in the Old Dlf Colony, right near Sector-14 in Gurgaon. If you know the area, you know it gets quite crowded. We are based out of C-4. It’s a standard setup for Gammon India Limited, nothing too flashy or over the top. We spend most of our time dealing with the logistics of construction and making sure the sites have what they need. Some days are slower than others, but usually, there is a lot of back-and-forth communication. The building is older, which gives it a bit of character, I guess. We aren’t looking to impress anyone with a glass skyscraper office. We just need a roof and some desks to get through the daily tasks. Gurgaon has changed so fast, it’s hard to keep up sometimes. Being near Sector-14 is handy because you can find anything you need within walking distance. We mostly keep to ourselves and focus on the project schedules. It can get stressful when deadlines approach, but that is just how this industry is. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know our faces. It feels like a normal part of the community. We handle the regional bits of the business from here. It’s a practical location for us. We don't really have a big sign out front, just a small one near the door so people know they're in the right place. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it works for us.
