We are located over at Rose House in Abul Fazal Enclave-1. If you know Jamia Nagar, you know it stays crowded and lively almost all the time. Our spot is A-73, and it’s a bit of a maze getting through the streets here some days, especially if there is a lot of traffic. The office is tucked into the residential block, so it feels more like a house than a big corporate building. We have been here for a good bit, dealing with the daily grind of projects and site management. It gets warm in the summer, so the fans are always going full blast while we sit over our desks. There is always someone coming in or out, either bringing news from a site or just dropping off reports. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Instead, you walk in and see people working on computers or looking at drawings spread out on big tables. The walls have some old calendars and charts pinned up. It’s practical. Sometimes the noise from the street drifts in, but you stop noticing it after the first hour. Most of us bring lunch from home and eat together when there is a gap in the work. It’s a straightforward environment where we focus on what needs to happen next. It’s not a shiny skyscraper office, but for what we do in Delhi, it works just fine for the whole crew here.
