You can find us up on the second floor at J-40 in Pandav Nagar. Delhi 92 is a busy area, and this building is no different. We’ve been operating Gambhir Housing India Ltd from this spot for quite some time now. To get to us, you have to head up the stairs, which can be a bit narrow if someone is coming down at the same time. The office itself is full of maps, blueprints, and stacks of papers that seem to grow every week. It’s not a polished corporate suite with glass walls. It’s a working office where the floorboards might creak and the walls are covered in calendars. We hear the traffic from the street outside all day long. It becomes a kind of background music for us. Most of the people who come by are looking for information or just want to chat about local spots. We have a small pantry where we make coffee, and it usually smells like toasted bread around midday. We spend hours on the phones or just checking through records. It gets dusty, as Delhi often does, so we’re always wiping down the desks. It’s a hands-on environment. No one wears fancy suits here unless there’s a really big reason to. We just prefer to be comfortable while we handle the housing business. It's a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is. We take things as they come and just keep working through our list of things to do.
