Galaxy Interior

You can find us at Galaxy Interior over in Malviya Nagar. Our address is 8 C/A, right near Gandhi Park. It’s a nice area to be in because of the greenery nearby. Our office is a bit different from the homes we work on. It’s often cluttered with fabric swatches, wood samples, and piles of sketches. We have been at 8 C/A for a good stretch of time. It’s a place where we sit down and try to figure out how to make spaces look better. We don't have a big corporate setup. It is just a few of us sharing a workspace and drinking a lot of tea. Sometimes we get distracted watching people in Gandhi Park, but then we get back to it. Galaxy Interior is a small operation. We don't have a fancy showroom with lights and mirrors. Most of our ideas are just on paper or on the computer screens in our little room in Malviya Nagar. The door at 8 C/A squeaks a little when you open it, and we always say we should oil it but we never do. We like the pace of things here. It’s not too fast, not too slow. We just take one project at a time and try to get it right. It’s a simple business run by people who actually live and work in the neighborhood. We usually spend the last hour of the day cleaning up the scraps from whatever we were designing that afternoon.
