Our place is at 2A/79 in Ramesh Nagar. It’s a straightforward location in New Delhi where we handle the private limited side of the business. The office is really just a few rooms where we keep our equipment and our records. It is not the kind of place you would see in a magazine. The chairs are a bit old and the desks have seen better days, but they work fine for what we need. We do construction and building work, so there is usually a bit of mud on the floor from someone’s boots. We don't worry too much about that. Most of the day is spent checking on project timelines or talking to people about materials. Ramesh Nagar is a busy area, so there is always something going on outside the door. We have a small team here, and everyone knows what they are supposed to be doing. There isn't a lot of standing around. We just try to stay on top of the paperwork, which never seems to end. Sometimes we have a quick lunch together at the main table before heading back to work. It’s a very practical environment. We don't have any big speeches about what we do. We just build things and try to make sure everything stays on track. The office is often full of the sound of people talking and the hum of the computer. It is just how we work every single day.
