G. T. M. Sales (India)

We have been operating out of B-16 in the Tagore Garden shopping centre for quite a while now. It is a small spot, but it serves us well for G. T. M. Sales (India). Most of our days start with opening up the heavy shutters and checking what needs to go out to customers. The neighbors are alright, and the whole area is usually quite busy. We handle sales for different things, mostly just keeping track of orders and making sure people get what they asked for without too much trouble. It gets a bit crowded in the afternoons when the market picks up. There is always someone coming in or a phone ringing with a question. We do not have a big fancy office, just some basic desks and shelves filled with papers. Sometimes the tea guy stops by around four, which is a nice break. It is a regular routine for us. We deal with various products that people around here or further out need for their own businesses. The traffic outside can be a real mess, especially near the shopping centre entrance. We try to keep things organized, but it is a lot of paperwork to manage. Sometimes the internet is slow or a delivery gets delayed, but that is just how things go. We have known some of our regulars for years. They just drop by to chat or see what is new. We do not do much advertising. The space is tight, but we make it work.
