G. P. Imports

Our office is at S-513 in the School Block, specifically Shop No-2-3 on the first floor. We are right on Vikas Marg in Shakarpur, which means there is a constant stream of traffic and people outside our window. Being on the first floor is okay, though carrying heavy boxes up those stairs can be a real workout on some days. G. P. Imports isn't a massive operation; it’s just a couple of shops joined together where we handle all our importing business. We have shelves lining the walls filled with samples and paperwork. The desks are usually covered in invoices and shipping documents because there is always something coming from overseas or going out to a customer. It gets a bit loud with the traffic from Vikas Marg, but you stop noticing it after a while. We don't have a big sign or anything too flashy, just the name on the door. Usually, it’s just two or three of us in here, answering emails and talking to vendors on the phone. Sometimes we have to move the furniture around just to make room for a new shipment that’s arrived. It’s a practical, lived-in space. We don't go in for fancy decor because we’re too busy making sure the logistics side of things doesn't fall apart. It’s just a regular daily grind for us here in Shakarpur, keeping the goods moving.
