Our place is over in the Mandoli Industrial Area, specifically at Kh. No. 562 on Sewa Dham Road. It’s an area that’s always moving. We do electronics here. It's mostly assembly work and checking components. The village of Mandoli is right there, so many of us live nearby or have been coming here for years. The shop floor is where most of the action is. It's full of small parts, soldering irons, and testing stations. It gets a bit crowded when we have a lot of components coming in at once. We don't have a big reception or anything. Just the main work area and a small corner for the paperwork. Some of the guys have been here since we started. We focus on getting the circuits right and making sure the electronics actually work before they leave the door. Sewa Dham Road can be quite a bottleneck in the mornings, but we manage. It’s a gritty, hardworking part of town, and we fit right in. We just handle the daily electronic jobs that come our way. It isn't a high-tech lab you'd see in a movie, just a regular factory floor with people trying to do a decent job. The tea man comes by twice a day, and that’s when we take a breather. The dust is hard to keep out, so we’re always wiping down the benches. We don't have a big HR department; we just talk things out. We’ve stuck it out here at Kh. No. 562. It’s our corner of the world. We don't promise anything other than showing up and putting the pieces together. It’s just us and the daily grind.
