This office is set up in one of the MIG DDA flats in Dwarka, specifically over in Sector-3, Pocket-16. It’s a residential area, so it’s pretty calm compared to the main markets of New Delhi. We’ve been using Flat No. 494 as our base for a while. It’s basically where we handle the admin side of the Franke India business. You’ll find piles of catalogs and order forms everywhere you look. We deal with kitchen sinks, taps, and that kind of hardware. It’s a lot of talking to dealers and making sure the shipments from the warehouse are moving correctly. The space is a bit cramped because we have so many samples tucked into the corners. It’s a Private Limited setup, but here in Dwarka, it feels more like a small family office. We take turns making coffee and the neighbors know us by now. The elevator in this block can be a bit temperamental, so sometimes we just take the stairs to get the mail. We aren't out here to win any design awards for our office space. We just need a place to coordinate the sales and answer the phones when customers have questions about their kitchen fittings. It’s a lot of work keeping up with the Delhi demand, but we manage. We’ve been at this for years and the routine keeps us grounded. It is just how things go for us here in Delhi-75.
