Fontus Water Ltd,Delhi

This branch is located over in Rohini Sector-11. We are based out of a residential-style setup at D-1/135, care of the Shuklas. It’s a bit different from a big commercial office, but it works for what we do. We handle the Delhi side of the water business from here. A lot of the work involves coordinating with clients across the city and making sure their water systems are being looked after. Since we are in a residential area, it stays a bit quieter than the industrial parks. We spend most of our time on the computer or the phone, organizing schedules and keeping track of service requests. It feels more like a small family operation because of the setting. We don't have a big sign out front or anything. People usually just call us up when they have a question about their water filtration or if a pump is acting up. Dealing with Delhi's water can be a bit of a challenge sometimes, given the different areas and their specific issues. We try to be helpful and just explain things in plain terms to the people who call in. The office is basically just a few desks and a lot of folders. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation; we just want to make sure the jobs get done and the customers in this part of Delhi are taken care of. It’s a simple way of working.
