Floriana Group (Svil Mines Ltd)

Operating out of Rohini Sector 16 is quite different from being in the middle of Connaught Place. It’s more of a residential vibe around A-2/95, which we actually prefer. New Delhi is always moving fast, but this little corner stays a bit more grounded. The office for Floriana Group here is where we handle the Svil Mines Ltd side of things. Most of the staff takes the rickshaw from the metro station because parking can be a bit tight on these streets during the day. We’ve got a couple of small shops nearby where we grab lunch or a quick coffee. The building is simple and doesn’t stand out much from the other blocks in the sector. It's a standard Delhi layout. In the winter, we open the windows to let the cool air in, though the dust is a constant battle. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It’s just desks, computers, and files everywhere. People come in, do their shifts, and we keep things moving. There’s a certain routine to being in Sector 16 that feels very predictable. You get to know the faces of the people living in the apartments around us. It’s an honest place to work. We don't spend much time worrying about the decor as long as the internet is working and the tea is hot. It’s just a regular office for regular people doing their daily jobs.
