Five Star Electricals India is located over in the Lawrence Road Industrial Area. Our place is at B-51, near Gate No. 2. It’s an industrial neighborhood, so there’s always a lot of trucks and heavy machinery moving around. We’ve been operating out of this unit for a long time. It’s not a showroom where everything is shiny and polished. Instead, it’s a working space with a lot of dust, boxes, and the sound of machines running. We make and sell electrical components, mostly for other businesses and contractors. The staff here is a mix of people who have been with us forever and some newer faces. We don't have a big corporate office; our desks are right there near the production area so we can see what's happening. It can get pretty loud, and we usually have to shout a bit to be heard over the noise. We don't spend time on fancy speeches or trying to look bigger than we are. We just focus on getting the orders right and making sure the quality is okay before things leave the gate. Lawrence Road is a tough area sometimes, especially with the traffic, but it’s a good spot for a business like ours. We’re just regular people working hard to make a living. We appreciate it when people come to us directly, though most of our stuff goes out by the truckload to different parts of the city.
