Fine Tracks Ltd

Our office is on the third floor, room 301, in the G.S. Arcade. It’s right above the State Bank of India in Mayur Vihar Phase-II. It’s a busy building with a lot of people coming and going for the bank. We handle the administrative and planning side of Fine Tracks from this location. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of paperwork. We don’t have a shop floor here, so it’s much quieter than a factory. The elevators in this building are a bit slow, so we usually just take the stairs if we’re in a hurry. From the windows, you can see the street below and all the shops. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee and sometimes heat up our lunch. The team is small, just a few people handling the accounts and the logistics. We’ve been in this arcade for several years now. It’s a convenient spot because of the shops and food places nearby. We don't have any big signs or flashy displays in the hallway. Just a small plate on the door with the name. Most of our work is done over the phone or through emails. It’s a steady pace of work. We aren't doing anything world-changing, just keeping the business running smoothly from this little office in Mayur Vihar. It works for us and the commute is easy enough. We just focus on getting the daily paperwork finished. Every evening we lock up and head home. That is about it. We’ve got a couple of plants by the window that need watering.
