Our place is out on Delhi Road in Meerut, at number 192. If you’ve ever driven that way, you know it’s a main artery for the city. FILM ELECTRONICS PRIVATE LIMITED has been part of this landscape for a good while. The building isn't new, and it has that old-school industrial feel to it. Inside, it’s all about electronics. We have benches set up where people are working on various components, and there’s usually a faint smell of solder in the air. It’s a quiet kind of work compared to a heavy factory, but it’s still very busy. We have a small group of people who have mostly been here for years. We know each other's families and what’s going on in the neighborhood. We don't have a fancy website or a big social media presence. Most people find us because they’ve known us for a long time or someone told them to come here. The office part is just a few tables and a very old computer that we use for the accounts. We get our tea from the shop next door and usually drink it while standing around the main workbench talking about the day's tasks. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We don't try to complicate things with big words or fancy titles. We just show up, do the work, and go home. That is how we have always done things.
