Feedback Ventures Pvt Ltd is situated at B-53 in Swasthya Vihar. This is over in East Delhi, near the 110092 pin code area. It’s a well-known neighborhood, and we’ve been here in this building for quite a while. The office isn't anything you'd see in a magazine. It’s just a place where we come to work every day. We have some old desks that have been with us since the start and a lot of books and files scattered around. There are a couple of us who manage the daily operations. We don't have a big team or a lot of meetings. Most of the time, we’re just focusing on our individual tasks and talking over the desk when we need to figure something out. Swasthya Vihar is a good spot because it’s easy to get to, and there are plenty of places to grab lunch nearby. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just show up, try to stay on top of our work, and head home when we're done. It’s a very straightforward way of doing things. We’ve grown used to the sounds of the neighborhood and the rhythm of the day here. It’s not a fancy corporate setup, just a local business doing its thing from a regular office in East Delhi.
