Our office is located right in Vasundhra, specifically at house number 1453 in Sector-3. It’s a regular house that we use for the business stuff. Being in Ghaziabad, we’re mostly focused on the local building projects and land work around here. It isn't a massive corporate setup with glass walls or anything. It's more like a place where we sit down with a cup of tea and talk through what needs to be done on the sites. We spend a lot of time out in the field, so sometimes the office is a bit quiet. There's usually someone around though to answer the phone or look at blueprints. Working in real estate and development in this part of the city means dealing with a lot of different people every day. Some days are stressful when things don't go according to plan at a site, but we manage. We’ve been operating out of this house for a bit now. The neighbors know us. We don't spend much on flashy signs. Most people who come to see us are already familiar with the area. It’s practical for us to be here since we can get to the project sites fairly quickly. We keep our files organized as best as we can, though things get dusty with all the construction going on nearby. It’s just us doing the work we know how to do and making sure the buildings get finished for the people who need them.
