Our office is located in Essel Tower, specifically in unit DC-902. We are right on the main Mehrauli-Gurgaon Road, which everyone just calls MG Road. It’s a very busy stretch of Haryana, especially since we are so near Iffco Chowk. If you have ever been stuck in Gurgaon traffic, you probably know exactly where we are. Being in Essel Tower means we are easy to find, which is good for people coming to see us. We handle a lot of the housing project details from this ninth-floor spot. It’s a standard office space, nothing too extravagant. We have our computers and our files, and we spend most of the day going through project updates. MG Road is always humming with energy, and you can hear the faint sound of the city even from up here. We’ve been based in this part of Gurgaon for quite some time now. The staff here is used to the fast pace. We don't really bother with any marketing talk or big promises. We just sit down and do the work that needs doing. People in the building are mostly focused on their own businesses, and we are the same. It’s a functional place to be. We appreciate the convenience of being near the metro and the main junctions, even if the area gets a bit crowded during the evening rush. We just keep our heads down and work.
