We've been running Ess Ess Bathroom Products Pvt. Ltd. out of Mr. Hemant Kumar’s house over at B-127 in Patel Nagar II for a good while. Ghaziabad is a busy place, and being tucked away in a residential spot like this keeps us grounded. We mostly deal with the various bathroom fittings people need for their renovations or new builds around here. It isn't some big, shiny corporate office with glass walls. It’s just a practical space where we get the work done and keep track of the stock. Sometimes the street gets a bit crowded with deliveries, but the neighbors are used to us by now. We handle everything from the basic taps to the more modern shower sets. It’s a lot of lifting and shifting boxes most days. Living and working in U.P. means you get used to the heat and the constant hum of the city. We don't spend much time on fancy talk or big presentations. If someone needs a part, we find it in the storage and get it sorted. It's a small team here, just trying to keep things moving without too much fuss. People know where to find us if they need something for their bathroom. That’s pretty much how we spend our days at the Patel Nagar office. We just take things one order at a time and try not to let the paperwork pile up too high on the desks.
