Eros Group

Eros Group is based at F-4 in New Palam Vihar, Phase I, over in Gurgaon. Being in Haryana means we deal with the typical Gurgaon weather, which can be pretty harsh depending on the season. The office at F-4 is just a basic building where we’ve set up our workspace. It’s not in the middle of the high-rise district, so it feels a bit more like a neighborhood spot. Phase I has been around for a bit, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the place. The office door sticks a little when it rains, so you have to give it a good shove to get inside. Once you’re in, it’s just rows of desks and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. We don't spend money on fancy art for the walls or expensive furniture. We’d rather just have chairs that don't hurt our backs after eight hours. There is a small area where we keep the kettle and some biscuits for when the afternoon slump hits. The noise from the street is usually just cars passing by or the occasional construction project nearby. It’s a practical place for us to work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the office layout. Eros Group just needs a functional space to handle the daily grind, and F-4 in New Palam Vihar provides exactly that for us.
