You can find Era Landmarks (I) Ltd. up on the second floor of J-4/76-B in the Khirki Extension. It’s right there in Malviya Nagar, which is one of those places in New Delhi that never really sleeps. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is always full of people and rickshaws. The office itself is a bit cramped because we have so many files piled up from years of working here. We focus on the local property market and trying to sort out the mess that land records can sometimes be. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and waiting for people to show up for meetings. The New Delhi-17 area is a good spot to be, even if the traffic is a nightmare most days. We don't have a big lobby or a bunch of people in suits. It’s just a few of us trying to keep the business running and helping folks figure out where they can buy or sell. Sometimes the internet is slow or the printer jams, and we just have to deal with it. It’s not a perfect setup, but it works for what we do. If you’re coming over, just watch your step on the stairs. New Delhi can be a lot to handle, but we've found our rhythm in this little corner of the extension. We’ve been here a long time and the building has some character, you could say.
