Era Group

We’re over in Faridabad at B-1018 in Greenfield. It’s a quiet enough area most days, which helps us stay focused. We’ve been here at Era Group for a bit, just running things from this location. The office isn't anything you'd see in a magazine. It's just a functional space where we drink too much coffee and get through the week. We’ve got some neighbors who have been here as long as we have. We don't bother with fancy slogans or big mission statements. We just try to do a decent job every day. The morning commute isn't too bad if you time it right. Our space is filled with the usual office stuff—files, some computers that sometimes act up, and a few plants that we forget to water. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to get through our list of tasks and go home. People who visit us usually comment on how relaxed it feels. We don't wear suits unless there's a really big reason to. It’s a very hands-on kind of environment. If something breaks, we usually fix it ourselves. That's just how we operate in Greenfield. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We don't see the point in making things more complicated than they need to be. Just a local team doing what they know how to do.
