Our office is located at A-528/1 on Indra Marg in Mandawali, which is part of the Fazalpur area in Delhi. It’s a busy part of town, and Indra Marg always seems to have something going on. We are tucked into a building that fits right in with the rest of the street. Inside, it’s a simple operation. We have a few desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and all the equipment we need to keep things moving. We aren't the type of place that spends money on fancy decorations or high-end furniture. We prefer to keep things practical. The air in Mandawali can get a bit dusty with all the traffic, so we keep the windows shut most of the time. Working here means being part of a very active community. You see the same people every day going to the market or heading to work. We’ve become a small part of that daily scenery. Most of us have been with the group for a long time, so we know how everything works and where every file is kept. We don't really have a boss who hovers over us; we just know what our jobs are and we get them done. It’s a very straightforward way to spend the day. No big speeches, no corporate jargon, just a small team in a local Delhi neighborhood making things happen.
