We’re located in the Aishbagh area of Lucknow, specifically at 284/12 in Chitta. This part of the city has its own character, and we’ve become a part of it over the years. Our office is a modest setup where we handle all the paperwork that comes with construction. It’s often a bit disorganized, with stacks of invoices and site reports piled up on every available surface. We don't have a dedicated receptionist, so whoever is closest to the door usually says hello. Aishbagh can be quite crowded, and the sounds of the street are always there in the background while we’re trying to work. We spend our mornings coordinating with the crews and our afternoons chasing down supplies. It’s a lot of manual tracking because we still like using physical ledgers for some things. The heat in Lucknow during the summer months is no joke, so we have a couple of old coolers that hum loudly in the corner of the room. Most of our clients are people who have heard about us from their friends or family. We don't spend time on fancy presentations. We just show them what we've done and talk about what needs to be built next. It’s a straightforward way of doing business that seems to work well in this town. We’re just local folks doing what we know how to do, day in and day out.
