You can find us over in East of Kailash, which is a pretty well-known part of South Delhi. We’ve been at this location for a while now, and it serves as our main hub for everything we do in the city. The office isn't anything to brag about, just a functional space with a few rooms filled with filing cabinets and a couple of computers that have seen better days. It gets a bit cramped when the site supervisors all come in at once for the weekly updates. We’ve got a small kitchen area where we make tea, and that’s usually where the real decisions happen. East of Kailash is a good spot because it’s easy for people to get to, though parking is always a headache near our building. We don't go in for fancy decor or big corporate logos on the wall. We’d rather spend the money on better equipment for the sites. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed; people come in and out in their work gear, and there’s always a conversation going on about the price of steel or where to find good gravel. It’s a steady rhythm of work that doesn't really stop. We like the neighborhood, even with the traffic and the noise. It feels like we are right in the middle of things, which is exactly where a construction company needs to be to stay busy.
