Era Constructions (I) Ltd

We are located in Sector 31, Faridabad. House 741 is where we do most of our administrative work for the construction business. It’s a residential area, so it’s fairly quiet compared to the industrial parts of town. We’ve been operating from here for a while, and the neighbors know us. It’s not some high-rise office with a reception desk. You just walk in and we’re probably sitting around a table looking at site reports. We handle a lot of the local building requirements and coordination from this spot. Dealing with Haryana’s building codes and site visits keeps us pretty occupied throughout the week. Sometimes it feels like there aren’t enough hours in the day to get everything finished. We don't use a lot of fancy software or have a social media person. We just rely on doing the work and talking to people directly. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. My boots are usually muddy from being out on the sites, and the office floor shows it. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a flashy setup. We just want to make sure the projects stay on track and the laborers have what they need. It’s just us here, working through the daily tasks one by one in this part of Faridabad. We’ve been through a lot of seasons here and the house has seen many projects come and go over the years we've been active in the building trade.
