Era Bath Gallery

Era Bath Gallery is located on the first floor of the Satyam Building at U-136 in Lakshmi Nagar. Being on the first floor is a bit different than having a storefront right on the street level, but people find their way up to us once they see the sign. We’ve got a good variety of bath items packed into the space. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but once you’re inside, it’s a lot quieter than the street below. Lakshmi Nagar is always crowded, so having a spot that’s slightly tucked away is actually nice. We spend our time arranging the displays and making sure everything looks decent, though it’s definitely not a high-end designer showroom. It’s just a place where we show what’s available for people fixing up their homes or bathrooms. The building has been here for years, and we’ve become part of the local scenery. We don't have a big corporate structure or managers in suits. It’s mostly just a few of us handling everything from sales to lugging heavy boxes up the stairs when the delivery arrives. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up carrying things by hand. It keeps us moving, I guess. We try to be honest about what we have in stock and how long things will take to arrive. There’s no point in making big promises we can't keep. It’s a straightforward way to run a business in a busy city like this and we keep at it.
