Epc

Epc is based right here in the National Capital Region. Being in NCR means we are always dealing with the heat and the traffic, but that’s just part of living and working in this part of India. We don’t have a massive headquarters with a fountain in the front. It’s more of a functional space where we handle all our engineering and procurement stuff. The team is pretty small, just a bunch of folks who have been in the industry for years. We spend a lot of time on site visits, so the office is often half-empty during the day. When we are all here, it gets pretty noisy with everyone talking at once. We keep a stash of biscuits and tea in the small kitchen area for when we have to stay late to finish up a project. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. The walls are covered in old maps and project schedules that we’ve pinned up over time. Some of them are a bit yellowed now, but we keep them there anyway. We don't bother with fancy titles or anything like that. If something needs to be done, someone just grabs their hat and gets to it. Working in the NCR gives us access to a lot of different projects, and we like the variety. It’s a tough environment sometimes, but we’ve got a good rhythm going after all these years of working together.
