Enmarcon Ag(German Based Pmc)

Enmarcon Ag is working out of Jamalpur in Aligarh. People mention the German background a lot because it is a project management company with those roots, but on the ground here, it is just Aligarh life. Jamalpur is a busy spot. We have our small space where we coordinate everything. It isn't always easy dealing with the logistics in this part of town, but we manage. Some of us have been here since the start. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks, some chairs, and a lot of maps or plans pinned to the walls. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day to keep going. The weather in Aligarh can be quite unpredictable, either very dusty or very wet when the rains hit. We just keep our heads down and do the work we are supposed to do. There is no point in pretending to be some big corporate entity when we are right here in the middle of Jamalpur. We deal with the local suppliers and try to make sure things happen on time. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication. Some days are slow and others are completely packed with things to sort out. We just take it as it comes and try to be useful where we can. It’s a job that requires staying on top of small details every single day. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here, just the essentials to keep the project moving forward.
