Our place is located at 454 G in Indira Puram, Ghaziabad. If you know the area, you know it gets quite crowded around here. We’re in the NK-I block. It’s a practical spot for an electrical business because we can get to different parts of the city fairly easily. The office itself is mostly full of catalogs, some samples of wiring, and a few desks. It's not a showroom. We spend most of our day coordinating with people who need electrical work done or parts delivered. Ghaziabad is a place that is growing fast, so there’s always something happening nearby. We’ve been at this address for a bit, and people in the block know us. We don’t spend money on big ads. Usually, it’s just someone hearing about us from a neighbor. We keep regular hours, though sometimes things get a bit chaotic if there's a big order to sort out. The space is a bit cramped when we get a lot of stock in, but we make it work. It’s a typical local business feel. We aren't trying to be some huge international firm. We’re just Enkay Electricals, doing our thing in Indira Puram. We deal with the usual Delhi-NCR heat and the traffic issues just like everyone else around here. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, but that is the nature of the job. Most evenings we are just packing up and making sure the shop is locked up tight for the next morning.
