Emporio Fortune

Darya Ganj is always a bit chaotic, especially around Ansari Road. Emporio Fortune is right in the middle of all that. We are in one of those older buildings where the stairs are narrow and the walls have seen a lot of years. It’s a busy office, mostly because there are so many people coming and going in this neighborhood. You have the book markets nearby and all the medical suppliers, so the energy is always high. Our desks are covered in folders and notes. We don't really do the minimalist thing here; it’s more about having what you need within arm's reach. The windows look out over the street, so we see the rickshaws and the crowds all day. It gets loud, but after a while, you don't even hear the horns anymore. We take our breaks when we can, usually grabbing something quick from the vendors nearby. The ceiling fan wobbles a bit on high speed, but it keeps the air moving. We aren't some big corporate firm with a glass front. We’re just a group of people working in a crowded part of Delhi, trying to keep up with the daily pace. There’s always someone on the phone or a courier at the door. It’s just the way life is on Ansari Road, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of it over time. We share the floor with a few other small companies too, so it is never quiet.
