Emaarmgf Land Ltd. is based at B2/92 in Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi. This part of the city is usually quite busy, and the streets are often lined with cars. Our office is in a building that has been here for years. It is a solid, no-nonsense kind of place. We have our main workspace on one of the floors, and it is filled with the usual office stuff like desks, chairs, and stacks of paper. Safdarjung Enclave is a mix of people living and working, so there is always a bit of life on the street. We have a small kitchen corner where we make our own tea and coffee, which helps us get through the long afternoons. The sun can get quite bright in the office, so we spend a lot of time adjusting the curtains. We are a small group of people who have been working together for a long time. There is no need for fancy titles or corporate hierarchy here. We just talk to each other and get things done. We don't have any flashy furniture or expensive art on the walls. We come in, do what is required, and that is about it. It’s not complicated, just a normal way to earn a living. We try to keep it simple.
