We are on the second floor of C-6 in Ashoka Enclave-Ii. This is in Sector 37 of Faridabad, Haryana. Our office is a straightforward place where we handle land management. It’s not one of those polished suites you see in the movies. It’s a working office with plenty of files, some worn-out chairs, and a lot of coffee being drank. We have been in this part of Faridabad for a long time. Sector 37 is a busy area, and being in Ashoka Enclave puts us right in the middle of it. The stairs to the second floor can be a bit steep, but it’s good exercise. We spend our days coordinating with various people and making sure the land projects are moving forward. Sometimes there are delays or things don’t go exactly as planned, but that’s just the nature of land development. We don't pretend to have all the answers, we just work through the problems. It’s an honest way to do business. Our staff is local and they understand how things work in Haryana. We don’t have a lot of rules about how things should look, as long as the work gets finished. It’s a bit messy sometimes, with papers everywhere, but we know where everything is. If you need to find us, just look for C-6. We’ll be upstairs doing our thing. It’s a practical office for a team that likes to stay busy and focused on the tasks at hand.
