Elsamex

D-2 in the Mitra Dweep Apartment complex is where our office is located. We are over in Indra Prastha Extension in Delhi. It’s a residential area, so it’s got a different feel than those big business districts with glass towers. Working out of an apartment means things are a bit more compact, but we make it work for everyone involved. Elsamex has been running from here for a good while now. The address, 38 IP Extension, is pretty well known in this part of Delhi. We spend most of our time dealing with projects and making sure everything stays on track throughout the week. It’s not a place with shiny elevators or a big fancy canteen. We mostly order in some food or bring our own lunch boxes from home. The atmosphere is pretty quiet most days, unless we’ve got a big deadline approaching, then it gets a bit more frantic and loud. We’ve got a small group here, and we’ve all been working together long enough that we don’t need a lot of formal rules or meetings. We just show up, do the work, and head home in the evening. The traffic in Delhi is always a factor, so we try to plan our days around the worst of it. Sometimes the neighbors in the apartment building pop by or we see them in the parking lot during breaks. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of environment for us.
