Elecon Engineering

Elecon Engineering is over in Faridabad, specifically in Sainik Colony. Our address is A-55-D. Faridabad is a big industrial hub, but the colony is a bit more settled. It feels a little more like a neighborhood than a factory zone. The building is a simple two-story structure where we do all our planning and engineering work. We have a small paved area in front where a couple of cars can park if they squeeze in. Inside, the floors are tiled and we have these old-fashioned tube lights that hum a little bit when you turn them on. There isn't any fancy carpet or artwork on the walls. It’s mostly just maps of projects and some shelves filled with technical manuals and spare parts. We spend a lot of time sitting at the main table discussing how to fix problems or finish up a design. The window looks out onto the street, and we see the local kids playing or people walking their dogs in the evening. It’s a fairly quiet spot, which is good for concentrating. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us, the tools, and the paperwork. We’ve been at this A-55-D spot for years, and it’s become like a second home to most of the staff. We just keep things moving one day at a time without any fuss.
