Elecfuture Enterprises is based on the ground floor of Sunder Bhawan in the famous Bhagirath Palace market. Being at 1690/17 means we see a lot of people passing by our door every single day. Bhagirath Palace is the kind of place where you can find almost any electrical item if you look hard enough in the many lanes. We try to make it easy for our customers by keeping our most popular items right at the front of the shop. The space isn't very large, but we use every inch of the wall for metal shelving. It’s usually a bit dusty because of all the movement and the old buildings in the market, but that’s just how it is here. We aren't fancy people with suits. We just show up, pull up the shutters, and start dealing with the daily orders. Sometimes the deliveries from our suppliers are late or the traffic in the Chandni Chowk area is so bad that nothing can move for hours. We just deal with those problems as they come. We have a couple of staff members who have been working with us for a long time now. They know the inventory better than anyone else. We don’t spend our money on television commercials or big newspaper ads. Most of our business comes from regular people who have been buying from us for many years. It’s a very simple and straightforward operation. We buy stock, we sell it, and we try to be helpful.
