Our business is Eldeco Infrastructure Properties Ltd. and we are located in Sonipat. You can find us at House Number 2299 in Sector-12. This is where we handle the property side of our work. Sonipat is a place that is seeing a lot of change lately, and we are right in the thick of it with our projects. The office is just a regular house converted for our work needs. We do not go for the big glass buildings. We prefer being right here in the sector where people live. We do a lot of paperwork for housing and infrastructure. It is mostly about making sure the sites are running and the materials are getting where they need to go. If you walk by, you might see us drinking tea and looking over some site plans on the porch. We know the neighbors and the local shops around Sector-12. It is a decent place to work from. We have been here for a while and we know how the local land rules work. It is a lot of back and forth with the workers and the buyers. Sometimes the phone rings all day, other days we are out at the sites most of the time. We just try to get the jobs done without too much fuss. That is how we operate here in Sonipat. It works for us.
