Econ Buiders

Our setup is a bit different because we are located at Arjun Vihar in Delhi Cantt. Specifically, we are at House No 13/ 166. It's a residential-feeling area since it’s in the Cantt, which means things stay a bit quieter than the rest of New Delhi. Abhash Ranjan runs things here under the name Econ Buiders. We used to get questions about the spelling of "Buiders" with the missing 'u' in the middle, but that’s just how it was registered on the paperwork. Being C/O Major Hemant Kumar makes it easy for people to find the right gate when they are looking for us. The house isn't some glass-fronted business building. It’s a home where work happens. We handle building projects from this small space. There’s a lot of paperwork on the tables and usually a few half-empty cups of tea sitting around. We don’t have a big reception desk or a lobby. If someone stops by, they usually just knock on the front door. It’s a bit of a trek to get into the Cantt area sometimes if you don’t know the way around the checkpoints. We’ve been here for a bit now. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at plans. It's just a local operation. We don't have a huge team or anything. It’s just us trying to get the jobs done right. The garden outside is nice in the winter. We like the quiet atmosphere of Arjun Vihar. It helps us focus on the building side of things without too much noise.
