Our office is located right in Geeta Colony, specifically at 2A/9. It’s a busy spot in Delhi, as anyone who lives around here can tell you. Dealing with properties and maintenance keeps us on our toes all day. There is always someone calling about a leak or a contract issue or something else that needs looking at immediately. We aren't a big flashy agency with a glass building. We work out of a regular space where the files are stacked a bit high and the phone rings more than it should. Managing properties in a city like Delhi means you see everything. We handle the gritty details that owners don’t want to deal with themselves. It's a lot of running around, checking on sites, and making sure the services are actually being done. Sometimes things go wrong, and we have to fix them as fast as possible. That’s just the reality of property work. The team here knows the neighborhood well since most of us grew up around this side of the city. We don't use big words to describe what we do. It’s just property management. We keep the keys, we check the walls, and we talk to the tenants. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday.
