Our branch of Eaton Power Quality is located over in Viramkhand, Gomtinagar, specifically at House Number 4/340. Gomtinagar is a nice part of Lucknow, and working out of a house makes the whole thing feel a bit more grounded and less stiff. We spend most of our time dealing with power issues and making sure that people have the right equipment to handle outages. Since we are in Uttar Pradesh, we know all about the local power grid and the challenges that come with it. The office is pretty simple, with some desks, some testing equipment, and a few cupboards full of manuals and parts. We aren't here to impress anyone with expensive furniture; we just want to make sure the job gets done right. Usually, the morning starts with a quick check of what needs to be delivered and which sites need a visit. We have a small team here, and most of us have been friends for years, so the atmosphere is quite friendly. Sometimes we sit out on the porch for a bit when the weather is nice to have our tea. It’s a quiet street for the most part, which helps us stay focused on the technical work we have to do. We just take things one day at a time and try to help our local customers as best as we can.
