You can find us up on the third floor in the penthouse area here in Vishwas Nagar. It’s in Lane Number 9, which is close to Pandav Road. Being on the top floor means we have to walk up a few flights of stairs every day, which keeps us awake. The space is a bit of an odd shape because of the building design, but we make it work for our storage and desk space. Shahdara is always busy, and our lane is no exception with all the bikes and people moving around. We spend a lot of time packing things and checking orders that come in. It’s not a glamorous setup, just a bunch of boxes and some computers in a high-up room. The windows let in a decent amount of light, but it gets pretty warm in the afternoons. We usually have the fan going full blast while we sort through the paperwork. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering phones to moving heavy crates. We’ve been in this Vishwas Nagar spot for a while now and we know the neighbors pretty well. It's a practical location for us even if the stairs are a bit much when we're carrying stuff up and down all day long. We keep some extra chairs in the corner for when the delivery guys need a break. The ceiling leaks a little bit when it rains really hard, but we’ve learned where to put the buckets.
